Hi, i have used the app on my iphone, it’s wonderful. try to download it with my ipad, unfortunately it’s not support my location in hong kong. any advise!

The app charged me without a chance to refuse
I used it just once during the 3 days of trial and tried to remove my credit card details but no luck! The app charged me and I still can’t manage to find the right way to opt out. It’s extremely annoying and disappointing- I will not use the app and don’t want to be charged every year without a possibility for an EASY way out :(
Update: I wrote a review in English and got a response in Chinese - you must be kidding me??

Albums on my phone didn’t show on this app
I love this app but since it’s been updated, I couldn’t select photos from different albums, some albums from my phone didn’t show on this app.
Could you please fix this problem ?
