Responsive and helpful to enquiry
I am renewed the subscription without notification and the in subscription button is hidden in the app. However, the staff is well responsive and helpful once I submitted my issue and refund me quickly.
In general, the app is good after the FREE trial. But if the ‘bib’ sound could be added to remind the user between position change will be even greater as sometimes you are unable to attend to the screen all the time when you are exercising.

Your contact us details takes you to another shopping website
Your support email gets no response. You’re advertising is totally misleading I purchased $233hk which only opens one exercise. When you go onto the other training tabs, it prompts you to upgrade to.$388 h/k what is the actual cost to be able to do all the exercises in your app when I purchased my three month plan I expected that all tab would open
