Unreliable delivery

Was expecting grocery to come at a time slot I picked. Was waiting at home and then no one delivered anything, with no notification of the delay or the no-show. I had to manually contact customer support and it says there was some internal issue and have to reschedule delivery to 3 days later. **** this man, I’m using foodpanda / grab from now on.
