This app is ridiculous!
The concept is good, allowing user earn points when buying things at Fashion Arena, then they can spend the points as cash in the next purchase. However, the operation team behind the app didn’t do the their job well, so in our case we earn the points but we can spend it nowhere. We went Starbucks they refuse to accept points, the funny reason is that they don’t know how to operate. When we ask the information center for help, the lady said Starbucks should accept customer paying by points but she can’t do anything if the shop refuse to do so. Then we went to Costa Coffee, the staffs there simply said the points can not be used at their shop, and they think the app should remove their name on the shop list. The success of this app is not only about the features and UI but also heavily relied on the communication between the app developer (the shopping mall in this case) and the participator like the shops, and more importantly the front-end operating team like the staffs woking at the shop, as they are failed to do so the app is simply useless, and give user a very bad experience.
