Fitcoach應用程式適用人群
FitCoach應用程式專為關注自身健康、有減肥和塑身需求，但沒有時間去健身房的人们而開發。

如何開始使用FitCoach？
設定目標：減肥、增肌或提升活力
選擇想要鍛煉的部位：腹部、臀部、腿部、臂部
輸入個人資訊，如年齡、身高、體重、體質水準等。

Fitcoach如何運作？
根據您的目標和個人資訊，我們的智慧演算法將為您制定個性化鍛煉計畫，結合有氧運動、力量訓練、恢復訓練
根據鍛煉進度和回饋，每週更新訓練計畫（根據訓練的難易程度）。

HealthKit：
FitCoach與HealthKit集成一體，因此您可以將FitCoach中的營養和鍛煉資料導入HealthKit，也可以將HealthKit中的健身資料、體重和體測資料導入FitCoach。

FitCoach 也整合 Fitbit 應用程式，讓您可以將數據從 Fitbit 匯入 FitCoach。

訂閱資訊：
您可以免費下載應用程式。進一步使用的話則需要訂閱。我們可以自行酌情決定是否按照應用程式顯示的條款提供您免費試用。請注意：
當您選擇訂閱時，您需支付應用程式顯示針對貴國制訂的定價。
款項將在購買確認後計入您的Apple ID帳號。
除非現期結束前至少24小時關閉自動續訂功能，否則訂閱會自動續訂，而免費試用會自動轉為訂閱。
您的帳號將在目前訂閱期結束前24小時內被酌收續訂費用。
您可以在購買後前往 App Store 的帳戶設定管理訂閱和關閉自動續訂功能。

My subscribed plan suddenly disappeared after 8 days I subscribed.

My app is restored now, thanks support team.

There's no need to purchase a new subscription if you have an active one. If you appear to be logged out, please just insert your personal details as if you’re a new user, but when you get to the payment screen, click on the 'Restore purchase' button (at the bottom of the payment screen) to be able to get back to your account and continue using the app.

Be careful of the auto-renew rules

I am very disappointed for such a poor service of the company.
As I am new to this apps, I just want to join 1 week program to see whether it is suitable for me.
After joining it for a week, I think that the problem is not suitable for me so that I do not plan to join anymore.

Luckily, the company has automatically debited my credit card account without prior approval or notice. I have emailed them to talk about my case immediately. However, they rejected to refund based of their company rules even I have not opened their apps when my 1st week finished.

They claim that I have agreed to auto renew my plan when I join it.

They expect all the customers need to read all the details of their rules and unsubscribe the program if you want to stop. Otherwise, they will automatically debit your credit card.

Useless app! Bad customer service! Cannot unsubscribe by yourself!

The program are so general, not specific at all. Wrong information in website FAQ about unsubscribe the service, not allow to unsubscribe by your own, you need to contact them to do this! And hence my action delayed for one day, but they don’t let me refund the renewal fee and said refund cannot be made even they admitted that there’s wrong information in their site. Very bad experience with this app, and will not use it again!
