The conversations are opened with predefined texts you have set aka Drafts.

The app uses the power of iOS clipboard to give you access to your draft, in case an app does not support external launches with texts.

This app is not related to any of the app mentioned in the screenshots. It is just a third party app to improve your productivity while using these apps.
