Complaint: Unauthorized Charges and unacceptable Practices

This app has been advertised as offering a three-day trial period without charge, but my experience with it has been far from what was promised.

Upon installing the app and using it briefly to test its fax function once within first three days, I was shocked to discover that I was charged HK$53 to my credit card. This deceptive practice is nothing short of fraud, as it clearly violates the terms of the supposed trial period.

I request an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges incurred.
