Very bad user experience
Very bad user experience so far
Spend time and effort going through the registration and then fail to verify account by the email link provided, staff at counter need to seek senior’s help whom simply login into the system on her side to unlock the account, skipped the whole so called verification step. Then why waste everyone’s time?
A counter set up for member with available staffs stand by, they simply asked costumer to do steps at home??? Cannot even scan the same day recipe and calculate the points, ask costumer to take a photo of the recipe at home, upload to the system and wait for 7working day???
Basically the whole user experience is negative.
Money is spent, personal information is collected, time is wasted
Can’t open the app
Can’t even open the app, it crashes before it opens, tried downloading it again and updated it to the latest version already still does not work..
Awfully bad user experience
Dude, can’t even able to complete the registration of a new user, keep bugging and keep jump into blank pages , you fools at least try it out before the launch . Straight garbage
