Infinite Captcha loop
The app keep asking me repeatedly to select image to prove I’m not a robot. I have done it about 10 times (successfully) like a robot now but still cannot pass the page and get into the actual app.

It’s average
It doesn’t always work, and it always shows “Sorry, we’ve hit a snag. Please check back later” which is pretty annoying when you actually need to use it.
Unable to login
Useless as there is no way to login via this app. The app just keeps saying “Sorry, we’ve hit a snag. Please check back later.” whenever try to login!
