Extremely good editing ability

I like how it can make you able to edit with much more quality but I feel like the watermark could be smaller since it could block the screen partially when you upload it on yt or insta etc.

Disappointing Experience with AI Object Remover

I purchased the premium version of this software and additional credits from the official website, but the AI object remover function simply does not work as advertised. Despite following all the steps, it only blurs objects instead of removing them completely, and it charges 30 credits every time!

When I contacted support, the representative, Myls, was unhelpful and dismissive. First, he falsely claimed I didn’t have an all-platforms license (which I do). Then, he said my version wasn’t updated (again, it is). He later blamed the issue on me purchasing the license via the Apple Store instead of the official website—an excuse that makes no sense since I also bought credits from the official site.

To make matters worse, Myls abruptly left the conversation without resolving anything. Such rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable!

I’ve already requested a refund from Apple for the app purchase, but I am also requesting a full refund for the monthly credits I purchased on your official website.

This experience has been frustrating and a waste of time and money. I expect better from a premium service.

The AI tools don't work, but they still take your credits. CS refuses to refund.

After spending hours at editing my work I tried to create captions to my video, but it kept crashing (yet deducting my credits). I bought more credits as I wanted to finish my video, but same thing happened. The app kept crashing yet deducting my credits.

I contacted the support and they refused to give back the credits. They adviced me to uninstall and install the app, which I did now resulting in loosing also all my work. I contacted the support again with no luck of recovering my work and still refusing to even give back my credits, lol.

I would say stay away from this app and company!
