Finger Glove ADDITION 4+

Help young children practice counting 1 to 10 and adding to sums 1 to 10.

This app is patterned after the common “finger counting gloves” worn by students. The images in the app are shown in the same orientation as if vieweing the back or palm of the user’s hands.

• Includes all of the options available in my free app, Finger Glove COUNTING
• Counting begins with the pinky of the left hand.
• Addition problems include fingers in various combinations on two hands.
• Increase or decrease the display one finger at a time. Or, tap the “puzzle piece” button to display a random set of fingers.

Options include:
• displaying hands with or without numerals on fingertips.
• displaying a 10-frame that fills to match the number of fingers displayed.
• displaying a Number Line that matches the number of fingers displayed.
• setting the numbers to be spoken aloud.
• setting sums 1 to 5; 5 to 10; or 1 to 10.
• including a “How many to make 10” follow-up question.
• allowing drawing.
• displaying tallies or pips on the hands.
