As stated in the title, I believe the charisma of this app is to be exposed through playfulness and leisure enjoyment. This type of games never asks you for all your time but your enjoyment. Enjoy your play while training your logical ability and perception.

Young kid’s trap and refused to refund!

Developer asked me to contact them from app so they could follow up - I made more than 20 attempts but they made it impossible. First they asked me to contact them from the APP - of which we have already deleted after my 6 yo felt he was tricked to spend Us$150 within 1 day and they refused to refund. We re-install the app to contact them - and they kept looping us into chabot reply that said for refund please contact iOS store (not them!!!!) and after trillions of futile loops we asked through the chat for them to contact us. Of course they never did! They don’t really want to try to review the case and they made this impossible. I
am furious!

My 6 year old just had my iPad for online lessons. Browsed and got attracted to get the “free” app and in the same day made over US$150’s in-app purchase! It was first time on a game on iPad and didn’t know money was involved. I thought I deactivated my credit card when I borrowed my iPad to him (my younger daughter broke the kids’ iPad) but it didn’t get through. Filed for refund and provided reasons and just point blank declined “with not eligible for refund”. If they care to look at the record - it was clearly rash child behaviour from ignorance (6 consecutive purchase of Us$150 within same day!). “Not eligible for refund” for the only answer for the appeal!!!!

Being charged twice for the golden pass on the same day and cannot get any refund!

I’m being charged twice on the golden pass on the same day, trying to get support everywhere but NO ONE ever response! I tried refund in App Store-get rejected! I tried the game in app support, game support email alias, game web support portal, providing screenshoot of the App Store purchase history, credit card statement, but still cannot get any refund! It is a small amount of money, but that is mine! Give me my MONEY back!

Update: I got your email, I’ve trying to contact support in the game for a week but no one ever response! So don’t ask me to use the in app support again!
