Ratings and Reviews
Unstable and hard to book a class
The app has been the only way to register for a group class since COVID. Sincerely hope that the app can be more stable and smooth so that classes are booked in a fair way. In last few weeks, l've been forced logged out or encountering an 'error' at the moment I clicked book... unfair things like these made your loyal users mad, ok?

Worst app, worst experience!
You are already an idiot to consider signing up for FF, but ok, assume you are that idiot and made that mistake already. This app tops the experience of being that idiot. It amplifies it by a factor like a million. There is absolutely zero chance of signing up for any decent classes unless you focus ur entire schedule and energy around making sure, u are 5 minutes earlier than all the other idiots signing up for the same classes. Customer service of FF will do absolutely nothing to help you signup with certainty for at least one class!
Always have problems when you need to book a class
When I need to book a class, it will just log out my account suddenly or unable to load the page etc.
