The FITTR app uses the Apple Health app to track Sleep, Steps, RHR, HRV & SpO2 data and share insights with your coach. You can view this data in the ‘Insights’ tab of the ‘My Plan’ section.

Subscriptions will be renewed within 24 hours before the end of each period at the rate of your selected plan. Turn off auto-renewal anytime through iTunes.

Truly amazing Fittr community and app

Fittr community and the app is one of the best out there. I like how it has a plan for anyone and everyone from beginners to extreme athletes.

It is important for us to first set up a workout habit before we start to do anything related to fitness, and this app definitely helps to setup that habit. This app is amazing, the coaches are awesome.
