Transportation Routes
Though the app provides suggestions of transportation routes, user unable to customise the route. Is it possible to let users edit the route on Google Map or Apple’s, and then return the result to the app.
Intuitive planning app
The design is intuitive and it helped me to visualise my route. The estimated travelling time also saved me a lot of time to search across sites.
Also they have really adopted a suggestion from me (maybe they have it in their backlog too) which made me feel that they do listen to their users.

Getting more difficult in the latest version
I have used this apps for years, which was one of the best apps for me. However, for the latest version, it was so difficult to search for attractions, unlike before. Moreover, before I can find some nearby attractions suggestion around the places I am staying, but now I cannot find this function anymore. The apps states that we can add the places by using safari share, but I don’t know how it works. Hope that the next version will be better.
