The Fybers Workout Tracker is your new training diary with which you can save your progress in the world of weight lifting.


In fact, being able to track weights has never been so simple and intuitive: saving workouts on Fybers means being able to add your workout plan on the App, adding its exercises.

For each exercise, you can add the series (which can be normal, warm up, failure and dropset), the repetitions, the notes - related to single sets or to the exercises -, and a rest time to respect.

The exercises to be included in the workout can be found in a predefined list: however, if that is not enough for you, you can create your own.

An intuitive and original rest timer will help you respect the times required for exercises. Once the timer runs out, a stopwatch will start, indicating how long ago you should have started the set.

Fybers also has a section that lets you save your body measurements: in addition to height, body weight and waist line you can add you own measurements, and track them with intuitive charts.


Fybers's functions are totally free, meaning that you can add as many workouts, body measurements and custom exercises as you want.
