遊戲一直閃退 根本玩不了
客服完全沒協助 說好會給我答覆然後就消失了
買了道具閃退用不了 也拒絕退還鑽石
閃退成這樣連盟戰也玩不了 一直叫我重新安裝遊戲 根本沒用

Worst customer support ever!!
The game keeps crashing and it’s completely unplayable. Can’t even play the horde battle.
Customer support didn’t help at all, kept asking for evidence when I’ve already sent them a video to prove the crashing issue. Kept telling me to reinstall the game and that doesn’t help at all.
I bought some items but cannot use them due to the crashing issue and they refused to refund the gems. Reported this to customer support, they said they’d get back to me and never did. The most ridiculous customer support ever, what a joke.
