Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Hong Kong team for being awesome! Even though I had trouble with the training plan due to language setting, your team didn't give up and tried different devices until they found the same problem that I’ve seen.

I really appreciate the effort your team put in to resolve my issue, and I'm happy to say that the problem has been fixed after the app update. Thanks again for the great service and keep up the good work!

I have been using the app and garmin 235 frequently for two years. Suddenly, yesterday when I opened the app. It asked me to select the device and pair it. I tried many times. It still fails to pair my watch. I restarted the phone and the watch. I “forget” the watch in IPhone Bluetooth settings. I updated the app. Tried everything. Still doesn’t work. Contacted the online support and chatted with the staff. The guy seldom responded during the chat. Now my watch is basically useless. Given the price for the watch. This is unaaceptable!!!
