Transaction history

Pleas include remarks in transaction history so we can indicate notes what was paid

Unreliable

At first I was happy to find an app that will allow me to get good remittance rates, transfer money to my bank account, and even pay SSS from HK. Sadly, the app did not live up to expectations. My bank transfer keeps getting denied for no reason, and customer service is just following a script without really helping me. Said I am about to reach my transaction limit so I should wait next month? Operative word "about" to reach, but have NOT reached it. Then how come it's not working? I'd rather use a more reliable app, especially when it comes to money transactions.

Multiple Devices

GCash should allowed multiple devices to use GCash…like for example I live in Hong Kong, Macau and the Philippines…I have 3 phone numbers with 3 different devices. As of now GCash only allowed one. Not like other payment app like AlipayHK…you can install and use with different devices and no need to always log-out and wait for 4 hours to use again.
