Lacks features of old app
Website says “use globe one app for porting prepaid number to postpaid”. Too bad that’s not possible with the new app. Oh and the “Help” menu is a joke - it’s just links into Facebook messenger, where you’re greeted by the dumbest chat bot ever. Complete fail.
Useless
Doesn’t work when trying to buy a promo the company pushes. It says the phone number isn’t valid, yet it’s clearly valid enough to receive Globe’s spam messages
