Lacks features of old app
Website says “use globe one app for porting prepaid number to postpaid”. Too bad that’s not possible with the new app. Oh and the “Help” menu is a joke - it’s just links into Facebook messenger, where you’re greeted by the dumbest chat bot ever. Complete fail.
Stupidest thing ever
I don’t understand how they have the energy to make stuff as bad as this? Why don’t they spend their time tying their shoe laces or something instead?
