Is no good
Because I would like to contact the seller, the message sent has failed. If you apps wired, you can communicate with sellers. The items I received are not the things I order. What if you can't contact the seller? The mailbox has been prompted to send failed.
User unfriendly
If I could tap no star, that’s more appropriate! I’ve be a member for a few years, It’s getting worse and worse! Recently there are many occasions the orders that I’ve placed, no stock, they asked if I’d like to change to some other products which entirely different, if I said no, they would take one month before they sent out the rest.
There’re also occasions that they sent you whatever they have, knowing that international refund is not viable.
Impossible to get help!
The app is not user friendly
1. After reviewing the details of the item, i tried to press < button so as to go back to previous page. The app won't be able to display the previous page.
2. There is no indicator telling me that if i have pressed < button. If i pressed more than once, i will be directed to the index page.
It is really frustrating!!!!!
