Never stay here!

I must say this was my worst experience in Florence. I stayed in this hostel for 7 nights and there were 3 nights without warm shower. Their boiler was broken. Each time I told them, they said they would fix it but of course nth has been resolved. It was 5 to 8c in the evening during March and it was pretty much impossible to do cold shower (unless you want to get sick, and which I did).

After I checked out, this hostel wrote me an email asking me for a 10/10 review. I frankly told them this was impossible and unreasonable, and asked them for compensation for something that was absolutely a bare minimum - having a warm shower in my private room each night!

Paying EUR200 each night, for 7 nights, no warm shower for 3 nights was expensive for a hostel!

Again, they are not replying me on compensation.
