It always an excellent device, user friendly
There is a bug
If you use dual SIM cards, the connections on your cameras will become unstable, you have to disable one of the SIM cards or get a Wi-Fi connection to overcome this bug.
The live feed camera function automatically plays the sound of my camera on my phone and you cannot mute it, which firstly affect my connection and secondly I can’t watch the feed privately without letting everyone else around me knows that I am watching a video. Stupid design!
I don’t think Google has the time to read my comment, and fix the issue. And there is no way to report these issues. So think twice before you buy the Google camera.
Limited functionality and lots of connection issues
Easy to use, but lacks functionality for multiple cameras. Can’t view all cameras at once on one screen. Constant connection issues with drop outs on recordings. Not all recordings can be downloaded. Only google determined event clips can be downloaded. AI person, animal, car detection can be slow to respond.
