Most of us think dinosaurs are the most amazing creatures. However, scientists discovered that there are lots of creatures that existed long before dinosaurs. One of those creatures is the grasshopper. The fossil record shows that these insects first appeared more than 300 million years ago.

We don't know how long bugs inside the Grab app have been around. That's because we destroy them from the app once we see them.

Remove the dead bugs by updating to 5.303. It's not im-fossil-ble to do.

Grab suv and grab van —incredibly marvellous

We are a group of six family members visiting Bangkok for six nights. We do enjoy your excellent hospitality. We find no disappointment at all when using your expertise services to travel around Bangkok. Traffic jam is always tackled with calmness and wellness. What impresses most is the spaciousness of the grab van. Because of the availability of suv and van, we six persons always travel in one group. We certainly will visit Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur or Danang very soon because we can again experience the best services of Grab. Thanks so much again.

Return phone I left in driver’s car

Excellent service I will take grab more from now on. I left my phone in his car and the driver returned to me within 5 minutes. Such excellent service without extra payment. I was going to tip the driver, he left already. The driver wasn’t expected me to pay him.

Customer service is so bad

Business trip in Singapore. For this week I took the grab taxi for work. Same locations, similar depart time. Today the traffic is very smooth but the final charge is a lot more than before. Chat with the grab app support. They told me I have to call the taxi company to figure out the breakdown and report to grab to handle. I found this is ridiculous. And at the end the customer service said they can help to contact the taxi company to figure it out. This is more ridiculous that imply they can do that but just try not to help.
