The web version of Grammarly is amazing apart from tons of pay-to-win accessibilities, and I love how easy it is to use on a PC. Yet on mobile or the app version, it's quite laggy and the autocorrect is worse than iOS's original one, and there are some functions which can only be accessed on PC and would be great on mobile too. Grammarly Mobile is a bit difficult and slow to use for people like me who type quickly, and there are some grammatical issues which it corrects wrongly. I know it is in fact, AI-generated, and not all issues could be fixed, but I hope it would be soon.
Constant crashes and internal errors make Premium almost unusable – expensive yearly plan feels like
minspend
I paid for a full-year Grammarly Premium subscription expecting a reliable writing tool. Instead, I get a product that abruptly stops working mid-sentence or mid-document roughly 99% of the time. These freezes happen out of nowhere with no clear trigger. On top of that, I regularly see vague internal error messages that give no useful information and force me to reload or abandon what I’m doing.The result is the opposite of productivity: every session turns into a time sink of interruptions, waiting, and workarounds. For a tool marketed as a professional writing assistant—and priced as an expensive yearly package—this level of unreliability is unacceptable.There is also no straightforward way inside the product to report these repeated, high-severity bugs. That lack of an easy feedback channel only adds to the frustration.I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps. The failures persist across sessions. At this point the subscription feels like money spent on something that actively wastes my time rather than saving it.Until Grammarly can deliver basic stability, I cannot recommend the Premium plan. A product that fails almost every time you try to use it does not deserve a high rating or a yearly commitment.

This app is very common! I always use this app to check my grammar, even now! This is a good app for students to check out their homework grammar is it well. Although this is a good app, I can't give it a five-star common. I hope that this app is free in the future. Sometimes when I was typing words, I have to pay the money to check out a better sentence. This makes me feel disappointed. Luckily this is just a little problem for me, I will keep using this app until the end😊.

I appreciate getting the email notification that my account will be renewing soon. But to change any settings you have to go to your desktop computer- and we aren’t told that until we finally get to the last step of changing payment settings. With smartphones such a common mini computer, it wish this app wouldn’t make unsubscribing so unnecessarily difficult. People have busy lives and it would be nice if this app recognised this.
