Can’t even press collect for off line money and collect chest

This game is great to play but I don’t know if it’s a problem with IOS or what, I can’t press collect for over night money, can’t press collect and watch video to collect my chest and rewards from game, can’t press use help at the beginning of the game.

Please fix this ASAP!!!

Stuck in loading ad

If u need to show an ad, could you please at least make sure it can be properly loaded? It stucks in loading ad from time to time
