Incorporate placeholders within your messages, such as [FirstName], [LastName], and more. These placeholders are automatically filled with the actual contact information upon sending. For example, a message saying "Hey [FirstName], let's meet tomorrow!" would reach "Kate Johnson" as "Hey Kate, let's meet tomorrow!"
