Very useful.

Have made routines from the database of exercises and has helped do a complete workout. U dont miss any exercise because the routine u made has it and its difficult to leave the gym without finishing all of them.
Past logs also appear with each exercise, very useful when u fell like slacking.

Good App

I find this app quite useful coz it illustrates the ways to perform the workouts with its respective muscles. I only use the free version.
