Poor it’s a scam

I can’t even cancel my payment

Inappropriate charge over twice but resist to refund

I was told that I bought their adds-on; and charged me twice through apple pay at 25.99USD through App. However, the receipt just indicated one single charge and until I checked my credit card bill. I sent an email to the CS and learned they said I agreed to purchase an add on which I do not know. And one of their colleagues said my case can be considered a refund so I wait for some weeks. And I follow up to ask the progress, all of sudden they presented another user journey that it wasnt my experience. in a nutshell without a negotiation they said they cant do refund and keep say another story to me. The receipt however has proved that I have only purchased the workout plan and not any other add on service. I would like to escalate and openly shared here
