I love it but a little bit of a problem

I love this game honestly but I don’t know why I keep lagging out of the game . I’m not saying once or twice I mean A LOT of times I checked if my wifi was fine,I turned it on and off, I even reset my phone a few times as well, now I’m stuck at where my character and merula’s first duel, once again I can’t do anything cause it keeps lagging out none stop . Whatever I click on (example, my profile, the exit,move the screen and missions) I just can’t duel with her, everything else I just love it but I just really want this lagging problem to be fixed— with that being said, I’ve raged quit so many times😅😅

Kind of disappointed

I’d say it’s a pretty good game overall, but it’s mainly the fact that they focus way too much on monetisation? Yes making money is often a company’s priority, but it shouldn’t go as far as to upsetting a lot of players because of how high some level of choices require you to be. When you haven’t reached a specific “level”, let’s put it this way, you are restricted from making some choices and worse yet, you are forbidden to continue on with the game. I’m doing a special adventure currently and I’m stuck because the “levels” are way too high for my year and chapter level right now. It’s really stressful because you don’t want to see your previous efforts go to waste but you don’t really have a choice here. A game should be fun and enjoyable plus relaxing, not stressing players out so much. I hope this can be taken into consideration because it would seriously benefit a lot of players. But all in all, I like the plot it’s kind of fun and interesting but the main problem is the monetisation part.

Needs some considerations

Dear Developers, in an attempt to earn money (which is not a bad thing, you’ve put a lot of effort into developing a game), you are losing money.
The way this ‘adventure is set up, there are tasks that must be undertaken. We need energy to do this. That is reasonable and found in most quest games. However, the time it takes to earn energy and these 2 to 3 hour wait periods necessary to complete some most major tasks, means that your audience loses interest and stop playing the game, as they realise it costs a fortune to expedite the game. If you don’t, then you must wait several hours between every task. It becomes a task instead of fun.
In general, reducing these wait periods and energy renewals will result less large chunks of income, but more income in the long run as people will remain interested longer and are more willing to pay for little bits along the way.
The modern audience gets bored easy. You have a game that peaks a lot of passion and interest, but will lose its audience very quick.
