It is much better than the health app dashboard. You could see trends and current data at one glance.
Looks good but Apple Watch app needs improvement
This app looks good and is a good alternative to the health app, but the Apple Watch app makes it not worth paying for. It’s very simple, doesn’t show all the data that the phone one does, and has no complications. Also, the stress readings are very inaccurate.
