New updated version of app does not work (2024/05/24)

The app refuses to open after tapping the app icon. Deleting the app and reinstalling it doesn’t resolve the issue either. Kiko webpage is offline and hence app and device support is non-existent. Very disappointing decision by their parent organisation, Magpie. At least some communication with their customers are warranted before the decision to pull the plug? It doesn’t inspire confidence in their company.
