The current features in this app is:
1. Apply for New RC(Registration Card) Issuance
- Customers can apply for making new RC to submit some documents for the RC issuance.
- Customers will be join in our member by agreeign to our Terms and Conditions in this stage.
2. Check the Current RC Issuance Progress of Each Customer
- Customers can check their current progress of RC issuance after login.
- Customers can submit the supplementary documents according to their current progress.
3. Start and Cancel Membership Subscriptions
- Customers can start or cancel the membership subscriptions(details of the membership service is in below)
- Customers can see the benefits of each membership plans.

Paid the membership fee but cannot use

The company request to pay membership fee before going to check the application information and details as the application is only allow to submit via app.

but my experience was terrible, paid the membership fee 31000 won but the account was blocked and not allow to use via app (website is fine)

After 3 days later, the company answered that the application period was over; however they cancel the account completely and they only AI replied check the refund policy, but my case issue my in that policy. I guess this company is not worrying the business because they are corporate with a lot of University.

Finally I believe I cannot get back my money.
