HK Express 4+

I’ve tried many times in different days to sign up via mobile app. Already verified the email address and set my password. And when I’m going to sign in. It showed “Bad user name or password, pls try again.” It drives me crazy…..now I’ve to wait 24 hours later to retry!!!!

I am very disappointed with the HK express online flight purchase and no response to my inquiry sent to Guest relations!
Helpless system!

I tried to make this booking since Wed 14 Aug. 2019
I experienced error messages both on your website and the app when i tried to complete the payment.

I then called Customer Service staff, who can only inform me to report this with captured picture to the guest relation. But cannot help me to solve the flight purchase problem.

I received no feedback nor any help from Guest relations since 14 Aug.
I tried to do the online booking & app again on 15 Aug, still failed to complete my payment.

I have to wait till this morning to try the booking again.

The cost jumped up since 14 Aug ridiculously with a return flight on 30 Sep Chiang Mai - Hong Kong
from HKD288 to HKD538.
of which i have to suffer an extra costs due to you system error?

My 2 friends who managed book the same flights on 14 Aug. with the actual original cost at HKD288

The whole experience is unacceptable!

I have never experienced such incident and poor management on other online payment apps or websites.

I would appreciate to hear from your end if you could explain what actually happened?

You cannot book meals through web checking. Why?
I tried booking meal through web checking but it threw an error saying i should try after sometime!! I had to re input all the details in mobile check in app ad finish this. Quite inconvenient !
