It works
Not stellar, but it works for applying passport.
Yes, you need to ready the photo file beforehand, such as copying it to iCloud first, but you need to take the passport picture in shops anyway, just ask for softcopy. It is unrealistic to expect you can take your passport picture at home with your phone.
Program logic problem
For the renew ID part, the program refuse to let use pre-fill forms on the day of booking. I understand the logic of refusing to change or delete booking, but there is no reason that refusing the pre-filling forms on the booking day. The data of the form should be updated just before the user present to the your office to process the operation. Therefore, the pre-fill form should not be together with change and delete. Another issue is that your warning message in IOS app is covered when you redirect to your web application.
Form Prefilling needs lots of improvements
The app did not do user test properly before launch. The form prefilling is a painful experience. The address and below forms unable to input. You tab on the fields but it won’t allow you to input. It get stuck in the mid way of form filling. At the end page, it give you big buttons to confirm or cancel, they don’t work properly either. I spent 30 minutes to complete 1 page form filling. The internet version is much better. Please do not waste taxpayer money.
