What is the problem?

I try to reset my accout as i cannot log in after switching device. It keep telling me my network has problem and try in more stable network. Since i can submit this review, so i can tell it is not problem with my network.

Can you explain why you blame your customers on things that is not their fault? Or at least failed to provide an accurate diagnosis that can help resolving the issue?

Also can you improve on the process for customers switching devices? Nowadays many would use biometrics login method, so some may not able to remember their account login and password

It is frustrating being accused like this while HKJC did not take the step to make it easy for their customers

I would love to get HKJC’s reply on this review on what HKJC will do to address the above issues with timeline for record

Sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your feedback. Biometric login is currently available on our betting apps. To protect customer, account login name and password are needed to activate biometric on any new devices. We will keep on improving on app performance as well as optimizing user flows to uplift the entire customer experience.

Couldn’t pass ID and face check

The ID scan is almost impossible to pass, I have tried the process for 13 times and at least 7 times I couldn’t pass the ID scan. After the scan when you thought you have finally passed the greatest hurdle, the face recognition scan puts a full stop to your process.

Just wondering this is an account opening app, is it that difficult to open an account?

Tried a few times before success… when asked to move face forward…… you have to hold the phone still and move face ….. not the otherwise…
Should give some clearer instructions
