Unable to log in
I wanted to purchase printing credits on the app but the log-in page only appeared for a second before disappearing. I tried restarting the app, re-installing, etc. but to no avail.
This is very problematic for those who have their Octopus cards stored in their mobile and are thus unable to insert a physical Octopus card into the machines to purchase printing credits.
