NOTE: Jan 2014--The reporting data from the Hong Kong government was altered at the beginning of the year and it took a few days for the backend servers to adjust. The app is fully operational and the update errors mentioned by some reviewers have been corrected.

Just how bad is the air pollution in Hong Kong today?
The AirYouBreathe displays the current air quality in Hong Kong using a variety of different air pollution indexes from around the world. The pollutant information from multiple reporting stations around Hong Kong is run through the air pollution indexes of other countries to produce a more accurate picture of the current air quality.
Users can view the pollution levels quickly on a map or in a table view, and drill down into more specific information about how certain countries would regard the current air quality in Hong Kong. Several nations provide specific warnings to their citizens in the event the air quality reaches a certain warning level. Information is update hourly so people can plan their outdoor activities at times when pollution levels are minimized.

Great - but would like to receive warnings...
Guys this is perfect it gives you a good idea of when to wear a pollution mask and when it's not save to go out.
One thing I'd like to see developed - a warning notification on my phone. I.e. when certain levels are high it would be nice to be able to switch on a notification .. would that be possible?
In any case great going for that - love the initiative!
Good data information
This app contains comprehensive data. And allows us to know the PM2.5 in Hong Kong according to different country standards.
Can the developer keep updating it? Pls charge us if you think more information and user interface needed to update.
We strongly depends your app for us to know when to wear mask or not.
