Unable to Return Ticket
When I use AirPass I was unable to change the return ticket on the app nor the web. The whole system fails to enable customers to change return flight. When I attempt to do so it insisted me to start with departure flight which eventually leads to a system error. Please fix it.
Worst flight booking app
I have been flying with HK airline almost every month for the last 3 years and this app is by far the worst flight booking app I have ever used. It constantly returns issues when I tried to use my airpass. I had to call the customer service hotline to book my flight, and guess what, the flights booked through customer service hotline won’t get reflected later in this app. It does not allow me to redeem my reward points because I cannot select myself as passenger!!!! It requires one time password to add beneficiary information, which is the “best” feature of it as the authentication of one time password has NEVER completed successfully. The password either wasn’t sent to my email or mobile, or wasn’t recognised by the app, or the app will restart to the homepage after I switch back from the email/sms program. It this the “SMART” way to prevent loyal customers from using the reward points????
The app fails to function properly. It is difficult to navigate. I went to check in and the app said that I failed. When I tried to check in again, it said I was already checked in. When I went to get my boarding pass, it said there was no check in record. I am still unable to obtain any mobile verification that I am checked in and I can not receive a mobile boarding pass. The seat selection assignment is greyed out and not selectable.
