Decreased battery life.

When VPN is enabled, battery life declines drastically with an extremely high rate, halving the original all-day battery life guaranteed before the app is installed.

Ads!!

I am writing to complain about your VPN service's excessive and frustrating ad requirements. Requiring users to watch an ad every 15 minutes of usage is far too frequent and disruptive. Having to sit through ads so often makes the service annoying and difficult to use productively.

One of the most frustrating aspects is that sometimes the ads do not even load properly, so Ill just end up stuck waiting for the ad to load so I can continue using the service. This wastes so much time and god is it aggravating. So many ads is just unreasonable and will likely drive users away from your service.

I would like to see the ad frequency reduced significantly, to no more than one ad per hour at most or just put the ad in the backgrounds so it does not hinder users using the service. If ads must be shown, ensuring they load promptly.

Stable and quick service. It’s my first time here to rate an app because this is my favorite app, I connect to my email and social media account immediately when I click the button. I hope the developer keep going and remain this best connection service to customers.
