It is enough to track your mood, describing it by one of the most appropriate to your way of thinking: by text notes, audio recordings or photos. Why is this necessary? Because in this way it is easier to establish the relationship between emotions and thinking, as well as understand which thoughts have a favorable effect on your mood.
