So easy to set up and use

We bought the HP printer from the Apple store and were printing stuff within minutes of setting it up. Everything is managed on an app from setting up, printing and ordering supplies. The printer has basic printing functions : small, clean and modern, not clunky looking like others. Does not scan or collate. The paper feed is also not the best and sometimes picks up more than one paper at a time. But overall, we are very happy with it so far.

Good app good printer

Everything’s good but only one thing bothers me. I wish I can scan documents with higher quality than 300dpi when controlling my printer with this app. Otherwise, things look burred to me once I needed to printer them out😭 since the file was low resolution when scan and save through this app. I am so sure it could be better because I can scan by the same scanner with 600dpi or even at most 1200dpi when I control the printer on PC. If I need to do it on my PC whenever I wanna scan, why would I need this app on my iPad/iPhone? Really looking forward to seeing an update to solve this issue. Thanks hp.

Took me forever to research different brands and printer models to finally narrow down which one is best for my need, which is to print virtually. it’s definitely not the easiest to set up and for some reason the printing app doesn’t work on my work desktop Mac however, it works on my MacBook at home and on my mobile phone. I send an advice to print invoices in the warehouse while I’m at another address . This is the only reason I’m got this n it works well . Other than that’, nothing special abt the printer
