iOM’s Leave has been designed to work seamlessly with HRPro. The security and access credentials as well as business rules are as determined by HRPro. No transaction data is stored on individual devices. At the Initial Sign-in, the Employee will have to enter the credentials provided by the employer and the information will be stored in the device until Sign-off.
The App allows employees to apply for Leave as well as request for Relief personnel. The approval flow is as defined in the core HRPro application of the employer. Required reports would have to be obtained through the HRPRo core application as the Mobile App does not support report generation.
