===How to Use===
It's easy!
1. Add any undesired habits that you'd like to change, such as smoke, drink, or snack, and set the freeze time to determine the waiting period before your next check-in.
2. Click the habit card to start a try!
3. If a setback occurs, tap the frozen item again to increase the freeze time. Strive to check in more often each day to achieve your goal.
Typically, the simplicity of quitting a habit dictates the length of the freeze time. For more challenging habits, such as smoking, you may choose a period of 3 (or less) hours. This means successfully resisting a smoking urge for 3 hours qualifies as a win.
Alternatively, at the end of your day, take a moment to jot down the habits you successfully avoided. This self-reflection exercise can promote awareness and reinforce your determination.
