How to use "iBACK"?
1. Download the app and turn on the posture sensor
2. Attach the posture sensor to your body
3. For reduced pain in the neck, back, and lower back complete the simple individual exercises (5 minutes) at your desk
4. Strengthen your back muscles: the sensor gives off a vibration to let you know that you need to keep your back straight
