By using iPad or iPhone, the trading button is not as good as the last platform (apps). So many questions to ask and confirm before an order can be executed. Always get delayed in hitting our desired price. 3 seconds really too long as price might get up and down over certain %. As a whole, not user friendly enough when compare to last trading Apps.

Encounter issues at least once a week

The app is slow and something is always not working, the login takes forever! 5/10secs usually, 2/3secs rarely and 10/infinite seconds mostly.

At the peak, the app is very powerful and I’m surprised why they would build a better trading platform on mobile rather than on desktop. The desktop version is extremely poor. I would suggest that you focus on desktop and stop making updates on mobile cause you’re obviously not doing any regression testing and treating the production environment like it’s UAT. At the very least, us customers can fall back to the desktop platform when mobile isn’t working but it seems like this is not the currently scenario. The desktop version is poor, and mobile is great but rarely works. Rethink your strategy.

App is slow to respond order placement and modify order

I have a iPhone 11 Pro Max so the phone is fast. But the app is definitely lagging and slow, when placing an order or modifying orders, or placing options orders and modifying them. There is delay in accepting the order after swiping ok.
