E statement checking and FPS

Apps should allows user to check e statement and the FPS is not user friendly

Can not recognise the ID card to open the account!

Have followed very strictly with the regulation and scanned the ID card for many times. The Photo is very clear yet cannot be recognised no matter how.

Then, the apps does not support the updates version of ID card, which is nearly useless.

Have serious doubt on the e-account opening promotion.

The worst banking app in HK

No estatement service. When they send me a paper statement, they added an unknown fire insurance policy to my account and they cannot remove it.

FPS function is not user friendly. It has too many fields look very confusing.

Don’t use this bank. There are many others to choose from.
