ICBC has tailored a mobile banking client for you, providing you with comprehensive mobile banking services and improving customer experience constantly. The client furnishes you with account inquiry, transfer and remittance, foreign exchange trading, time deposit and other banking services.
The client applies to customers of the following overseas institutions: ICBC (Macau), ICBC (Thai), Singapore Branch, ICBC (USA), ICBC (Malaysia), Tokyo Branch, Vientiane Branch, Hanoi Branch, Phnom Penh Branch, ICBC (London), ICBC (New Zealand), ICBC (Canada), Madrid Branch, Sydney Branch, ICBC (Indonesia).
Among them, three overseas institutions, namely, ICBC (Macau), ICBC (Thai) and Singapore Branch, launched the brand new version 6.0 of mobile banking. The new functions of this version include:
1. Upgraded home page: The home page is completely upgraded. The four main functions of “My Account”, “My Details”, “My FX” and “My Payments” are added at the top of the page. The content is presented in multiple layers. You may click the link in each layer to quickly handle business and sequence each layer as you like.
2. Newly-added “My FX”: FX quotations and trends of main currency pairs are clearly shown therein, and the market development is displayed in the “FX Updates” layer in real-time.
3. Newly-added “My Payments”: Integrating “Limit Setting”, “Security Center” and other features, the function enables you to well manage payments. It also provides “My Rights”, “Special Service” and “Payment Message Updates” to meet more of your payment needs.
4. Upgraded credit card service: The upgraded credit card service has richer functions than the original one. It adds optimal repayment amount display, overdue reminders, and new layers such as “Borrowing Zone” and “Credit Card Updates”.
5. Supporting voice wake-up: You may enable Siri on iPhone to open the mobile banking client.

Garbage app

This app is slow and not user friendly.
1) it has it’s own keyboard to enter login name and password. Why would you design your own keyboard when all users are used to their default phone keyboard. Are you trying to be cute? It doesn’t make sense!!!

2) app is slow! Every button I touch requires at least 5 seconds to load. There are at least 6 buttons to touch before a stock order can be placed. Think about the time wasted! It does not make sense!!

3) during stock order placement screen, one wrong push of a button will have all you entered information gone! Try the real time quote button and your entered info will be gone. It does not make any sense!!

This app is the worse banking app i have ever used as it’s slow, not user friendly, limited functions, and poorly designed. If I am the bank, I would abandon this app completely and redesign it from scratch. This is my first time writing an app review after 8 years of using iPhone because this app is such a garbage app.

Can’t use it

I wanted to log-in mobile apps but failed. I used mobile data, which works very well on other bank apps, to try to get inside your bank apps but IT’S NOT WORKING AT ALL. It showed “the network is not available to complete the operation, please try again later” every time when i open the apps. So I connected the WiFi and tried again, and it showed the same thing. Then I tried to log in via ICBC bank website but the website said the online banking is only supported on mobile apps. It has been bothering me for few days. how can I use your bank online service ?

Cannot check statement online!! Rubbish

This apps is slow & always prompt out. The worst thing is i cannot even check my transaction online over 60 days. They just sent the statement by mail every months which is not environmental friendly. I dont have any option to select e statement and cannot find my previous statement through this apps, but have to go to the branch to print the monthly statement for $50 per month! It is an outdated apps. The customer seevice counter staff in Taipo branch was super rude and not helpful!
