Duplicated robots always!!

How come the chance to get the duplicated robot is so high?!! I just have a few 4 stars robots & half of the 3 stars robots only. But I always pick the duplicated one. I have been playing this game for more than 500days & still haven’t got any combined big robots. It seems the update & release for every big robot is meaningless to me!! Can u fine tune to have a larger chance to get the missing robots? Or I am willing to use 3 crystals to get my missing one! This game is encouraging me at every picking chance!!

Crystal possibilities are misleading

I’ve bought 54 Character crystal with stated 1.8% possibility of 4 star and two of my friends respectively bought 36 crystals of the same bundles. But no 4 star bot showed up and the designated character with 2 star didn’t even come out from the the designated character crystals. I hope Apple should investigate in the suspect of the misleading statistics from the crystals. This is not the first time to come across such condition during two-year game time. I think Back Flip should be penalised if it do mislead. HOPE APPLE PROBE INTO!!!!!!!!
